What’s the difference between Shivry Care and Shivry Launch?
Shivry Care is our monthly plan, in two tiers. Web (999 CZK a month) covers a custom-designed website plus hosting, domain, SSL, maintenance and unlimited content updates. Shop (1,990 CZK a month) adds a fully custom e-shop, with products, payments and Zásilkovna set up and no platform fees on top. Neither has a setup fee: both run on a 12-month minimum, and paying for a year upfront gets you two months free. Shivry Launch is a one-time project: we scope your website, agree on a timeline, build it for a fixed 19,900 CZK, and hand everything over. Best if you want to own the site outright and manage it yourself.
What do the monthly payments in Shivry Care cover?
Everything your website needs to stay healthy and current: hosting, domain and SSL management, backups, security updates, and unlimited content updates such as text changes, new photos, prices, opening hours and products. Instead of paying a big sum upfront and being left on your own, you get a team that keeps your site working month after month. Shop adds your products, payments, shipping and invoicing on top.
How does communication work during a project?
We're flexible. We can use messengers, email or your team productivity system like Slack, Linear etc.. You'll have a dedicated point of contact who keeps everything organized. We provide regular updates, share work-in-progress through Figma links, and Loom videos when needed. Our typical response time is within Prague business hours (CET).
How do unlimited revisions work?
While we design and build your site, revisions are unlimited: we iterate until you are happy, with no caps and no extra charges. Once your site is live, content updates stay unlimited too: text, photos, prices, opening hours and products, as often as you need. The only thing we ask is that feedback is consolidated (one round of clear notes is faster than ten scattered messages).
Can I pause or cancel Shivry Care?
Shivry Care runs on a 12-month minimum, because there is no setup fee: we design and build your site for free and earn it back across the year. After those first 12 months you can cancel any time with one month of notice, and we hand over your domain. If you would rather not commit at all, Shivry Launch is a one-time 19,900 CZK project that you own outright, with no monthly plan attached.
What if I need something bigger than a small update?
Content updates are unlimited and included: text swaps, new photos, prices, opening hours, products, reordering a section. If it is a bigger piece of work, like a new landing page, a redesign, or a whole new section of the site, we will scope it as a small fixed-price add-on and agree on the cost before we start. No surprises, no hidden fees.
Do you only do design, or can you build the website too?
Both. We design and build everything ourselves: custom-coded websites and e-shops, not a template on a platform you have to keep paying for. One team handles the entire process, which means no context is lost between design and development, and no platform subscription is layered on top. If you have your own dev team, we deliver development-ready files with full specs, assets, and component documentation.
Do you work with startups?
Startups are a big part of what we do. We understand startup constraints: tight budgets, fast timelines, and the need to impress investors. Our research-first approach actually saves startups money by validating design decisions before committing to development.
How much does a typical project cost?
Simple. A complete website with Shivry Launch is a fixed 19,900 CZK: just 10% to start, the rest when it is delivered. With Shivry Care there is no setup fee at all: 999 CZK a month for a website, or 1,990 CZK a month for a full e-shop, both on a 12-month minimum. Pay for a year upfront and you get two months free. If your project is unusually large or complex, we will tell you upfront and agree on a clear price before anything starts.
How fast will I receive designs?
You get a free draft of your new site within 48 hours, before you pay anything. From there a complete website is usually designed and built within 1 week, depending on scope. We share progress as we go, so you always know where things stand. Content updates on Shivry Care are done within 48 hours, and urgent fixes jump to the front of the queue.
